stumbled upon this at a Maricopa home. I don’t visit homes with the intent of taking videos to call out odd things. However, I occasionally see things that have me scratching my head as to why. I guess you have to take everything going on in the local real estate market and overall economy with a little brevity.
This is one of those times when I thought I would share. Now, I have to tell you that I didn’t film the front door which was hand painted a terrible blue. Given that the home is a side entry and the neighbor’s home entry was the same and only 10 feet away, I imagine the neighbor’s stomach lurched when he saw that newly painted bright blue door.
But, I thought the garage door was worth capturing. By the way, I don’t recommend this as a way to improve Maricopa real estate values.
