Stetson Valley was envisioned by Pulte Homes in coordination with Lennar, and Greystone (now Lennar). In all, there will be approximately 2,200 homes built in Stetson Valley. Pulte Homes is expected to build 1,100 of these. In addition, there are more than 30 different home designs ranging in concept, square foot, the number of levels, and price ranges.
Stetson Valley is broken up into numerous sub-neighborhoods that vary by builder, home size and layout, and price range. Several of the sub-neighborhoods are single level homes only. As such, there are options for most buyers across the neighborhood. Construction has been underway for several years though homes are still being built given Stetson Valley’s overall size.
Stetson Valley’s planners put a big emphasis on creating a family-oriented master community and so greenbelts, parks, and extensive sidewalks were constructed across the community. All of this, combined with Stetson Valley’s location, give the community an atmosphere unlike most others in neighboring Glendale and Peoria areas.
Shopping nearby is limited but access to I-17 and the 101 freeway mean that residents can enjoy that ‘living in the desert hills’ feeling while being able to access their favorite retail establishments. New retail developments underway and planned for development in the coming years means that Stetson Valley residents will have a broader selection of shopping and restaurant choices in the near future.
