While down at the Hayden Ferry Lakeside development in Tempe, I chanced upon this group laying on the grass in front near the lake.
I don’t know any of the circumstances here other than it looked like everybody was getting a ticket. I don’t know if this was some type of protest or related to a separate incident or any of the circumstances here.
At least it was a beautiful day to lay out on the lawn in Tempe.
