I happened to come across a post on VeryVintageVegas blog, a blog run by Jack LeVine in Las Vegas.
The blog highlights your more vintage home designs across the area there. Though the home he highlighted in his post is rough around the edges, it caught my eye given I can see the potential of the property that Jack hits on as well.

Sure the home needs a lot of work. But, could the end result be something quite special? I think so.
Given I have only more recently begun to really appreciate some of the older ‘vintage’ designs and styles in the marketplace, I really liked this one even though this particular one isn’t in our market.
It’s classic Vegas, baby!

The house looks old but the place is so clean and peaceful.. For me, it’s an amazing “vintage”.. Seeing vintage in the market is a yes for me..
