That one’s a Mexican Evening Primrose. It grows all over here in CA, almost to the point of being a weed. Fortunately it’s very pretty! http://davesgarden.com/guides/pf/go/54831/

Thanks for identifying the flower! Now, I know. This one was growing through a Lantana bush and looked really special and I so I took a picture of it with the new camera I just bought.
