Just posted a new article talking about the Ahwatukee real estate market and how it is showing improvement as well. “Pending” or under contract activity is clearly higher year over year with much of that happening since January 1. Ahwatukee homes are simply selling better than they were last year. My belief is that Ahwatukee’s results are trailing those seen in other communities overall.

It’s definitely positive news though we still don’t know what impact the lifting of the Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac moratoriums are going to have.
