Once in a while, I see a property (in this case a Chandler home) that stands out from those around it as this one at 2402 N. Bullmoose (near & Warner Road and Dobson). However, it’s not for sale!
I don’t know when the last time it might have sold. It just has a great architectural look, nice landscaping, and overall fantastic curb appeal. So, I liked it and thought I would share it here.
Strong curb appeal doesn’t come overnight. Like everything else, it takes vision and a commitment to see the work through to conclusion. The detached garage and long driveway and the raised lawn with steps, complement the look of this home. The mature trees and plants soften the lines of the home. Everything combines to highlight the home’s subtle style and warmth that is more established and comfortable.
A nice looking Chandler home.
